Here’s what some others had to say. .

The photography course in the studio was 6 evenings well spent!

I wanted to to a little photography to complement my studies in web design and marketing. Suzy taught the class from a business point of view which was perfect for me!
Learning the basic essentials of the camera was very valuable and I can now understand how to easily manipulate certain photos situations using the camera settings.. before I didnt even know what the settings were for:)
The commercial photography part of the course was most enjoyable and I would be keen to learn more in this area!
I have attended alot of photoshop and design  workshops and I have to say that the way Suzy taught the photoshop module was better than any others! She took it through from the basic tools and made it seem very easy, not alot tend to do that!
I think you should teach a course specifically on photoshop up to advanced level!!
The course was very valuable and I would definetely recommend it!!
Looking forward to the next one;)

I like taking photos and joined the course to enhance my skills. Suzy’s photography course makes it very easy to learn with balance of acquiring fundamentals of photography and taking it to next step. She gives lot of time to clarify individual queries and make the secession exciting. I get more “wow” on my photos after this course. I never knew before, that there are rules to take photos which make photos so appealing. I would recommend Suzy’s photography course for all those who are passionate for capturing memories for life time.

Why did you decide to do the course?  Because I had a good SLR camera and was using it on automatic. A cardinal sin!
What level were you at? Do you feel you have improved? I was at beginners, and have definitely improved. I took pictures at two recent events and they stood out from the others, they looked really well. There were some especially good images there. I was  very pleased, as I was normally somewhat disappointed at what I could capture.
Was the course a good pace for you? Was there lots of information you didn’t know? Yes. Given that I was coming from such a low base, it could have been slower. However, I felt that I could revise it in my own time and master the information as I tried out the suggested homework.
While the camera basics was essential. the artistry and portrait lighting sections were of particular interest.
The personal feedback sessions were. . .  well done, I would probably find it useful to write down the feedback, otherwise I think I tend to repeat the mistakes.
Taking pictures is now definitely more of a pleasure, but I need to take time and DO it or I’m afraid it will begin to slip away.
Your own images have improved? Yes. They look much more polished. I have a better understanding of light and of how to compose an interesting picture.
Did you have  a pervious learning experience to compare this to e.g camera club, school ? Plenty but none that compares closely.
Did you feel you got value for the cost? I certainly did
You’d recommend me to your friends? I always do!
Would you attend another course by me?  I would, it was fun not too much pressure, but motivating and rewarding.
